At Telic, we strive to make your shopping experience excellent. That's why we provide this clear and simple returns and claims policy, tailored to your needs.

Returns

  • Return period: you have 15 calendar days from receiving the product to request a return.
  • Conditions: the item must be unused, in perfect condition, with its original packaging and all accessories included.
  • How to request it: contact our customer service team for detailed instructions.
  • Shipping costs: borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or shipping error.
  • Refund: after receiving and inspecting the product, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Claims

If you received a defective, incorrect or damaged product, follow these steps within 24 hours of delivery:

  1. Notify us via email, phone or WhatsApp.
  2. Attach a clear photo of the issue.
  3. In case of breakage, send the following photos (required by the transport company):
    • Damaged product
    • Inside of the package
    • Outer packaging with the visible shipping label
