Telic S.A.U., as the manufacturer of the product NEUTRAL MILK FOR MASSAGE OXD 5L, informs you that batch number 25125 must be withdrawn from the market due to the presence of microbial contamination detected in some of the units produced.
As a precautionary measure to ensure consumer safety, Telic has decided to recall the entire batch, as it may pose a risk to individuals with health conditions or weakened immune systems.
Your centre/person, as a recipient of the affected product, is hereby informed of the actions to be taken for its removal and replacement:

• To determine whether you have an affected product, please check the batch number on the product label, located on the bottom of the bottle or on the box label.
• If you identify any affected unit, please refrain from using the product.
• Before proceeding with the destruction or return of the affected units, please contact one of the Telic information points listed below to arrange for product replacement or a refund.
